There are 14 apples in a basket. 8 of these are green. The rest of them are red. (a) what is the ratio of green apples to red apples? (b) what is the ratio of red apples to all apples in the basket?

    6:8 - 6 red apples to 8 green apples. 1:1.33 - 1 red apple for every 1.33 green apples. 43% of the apples are red and 57% of the apples are green.
