    GH¢72,000

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Let total property=x

    1/4 of x = his son

    1/4x=son

    Total remaining

    x-1/4x = 3/4x

    2/3 of 3/4x=internal family

    2/3*3/4x

    =6/12x

    =1/2x

    Remainder=3/4x-1/2x

    =1/4x

    5/6 of what remained to his wife

    5/6 of 1/4x

    5/6*1/4x

    =5/24x

    Remainder=GH¢ 3000 to his local church

    1/4x-5/24x=GH¢3000

    1/24x=GH¢3000

    x=GH¢3000:1/24

    =GH¢3000*24/1

    =GH¢72,000

    The value of his property=

    GH¢72,000
