To reduce this fraction to the lowest terms, you need to look at the whole fraction to see if the denominator is a multiplier of the numerator. Since 50 is a multiplier of 5, and 5 can be divided into itself, you can reduce it. Take 50 and divide it by 5 and you get 10. Divide 5 by 5, you get one. Your answer would be 1/10.
