For the watermelon at Harmless to cost the same as any watermelon at Biggy, the watermelon needs to be 21 pounds.

You should buy your watermelon at Harmless.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    1. So in order to figure out the number of pounds, you need to divide 3.99 by 0.19 which should give u 21 pounds.

    2. So in order to figure out where u should buy the watermelon from, u have to do 18 pounds times $0.19 which should give u $3.42 at Harmless while at Biggy it would cost $3.99
