    False

For example factors of the number 9:

    1, 3, 9

    9 has 9 as a factor but not 2

    False.

    Numbers with factors of 9:

    18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81

18, 36, 54 and 72 may have factors of 2, but the other do not.

This means that not all numbers with 9 as a factor will also have 2 as a factor.
