There are 15 cards, numbered 1 through 15, if you pick a card what is the probability that you choose an odd number or a two

    I think the probability of picking an odd number is 7/15

    Picking an odd number's probability would be 8/15 because there are 8 odd numbers in the pile of cards.

    Picking the number two's probability would be 1/15 because there is 1 card with the number two on it in the pile of cards.

    Add them together to get 9/15 and there's your answer.

    (P. S. 8/15 is not the answer because two is not an odd number)
