Describe the difference between scientific notation and standard form.

A. Standard form uses a factor greater than or equal to 1 but less than 10 multiplied by a power of 10. A number in scientific notation is written out with all the zeros and place values included.

B. Scientific notation uses a factor greater than or equal to 1 but less than 10 multiplied by a power of 10. A number in standard form is written out with all the zeros and place values included.

    If my interpretations are correct it should be B. You can eliminate A and C because standard form is the one that's written out with all the zeros and place values included.
