    ANY graph that is of the form

    Bx-Ay=C ... (2)

    is perpendicular to graph (1).

    For

    the line

    3x+4y=Any real number ... (4)

    is perpendicular to (3).

    Note: multiples or sub-multiples of (4) are also perpendicular to (3),
