What values of x make the expression (x+4) (x-6) negative

    Anything under 6 would make it negative as a positive times a negative equals a negative basically the x+4 doesn't matter as long as it's positive and the x-6 as long as that's negative it doesn't matter the area in which they have to be is - 3 to 5
