You should disagree here. Negative twelve to the power of negative three is the same as - 12 * -12*-12.

The first - 12 * - 12 will equal positive 144. However, the next multiplication step will take 144 * - 12. This will result in a negative 1,728 (I think). so yeah. disagree.
