    B and C

    Step-by-step explanation:

Reduce each ratio down to it's simplest form.

    Black:White

    A. 10:24 = 5:12

    B. 15:18 = 5:6

    C. 35:42 = 5:6

    D. 20:26 = 10:13

    E. 45:48 = 15:16

B and C have the same ratio, so they will create the and shade.
