    you would start by substituting y=6x-11 into - 2x-3y=-7

    so it would look like

    -2x-3 (6x-11) = -7

    once you solve for x you would then take the x value of - 1.3 and put it into the equation y=6x-11 so it would look like this

    y=6 (-1.3) - 11

    which would get you y=-18.8

    to check you would put both the x and y value back into - 2x-3y=-7 and boom answer
