    4 (2 - x) > - 2x - 3 (4x + 1)

    8 - 4x > - 2x - 12x - 3

    -4x + 2x + 12x > - 3 - 8

    10x > - 11

    x > - 11/10

    x > - 1.1

    Therefore, x = 0 and x = 10 zre solutions to the inequality.
