    80 mph.

    Step-by-step explanation:

The distance = speed * time

    = 60*4 = 240 miles.

To travel 240 miles in 3 hours you would have to travel at 240/3 = 80 mph, So it is possible for her brother to do the journey in 3 hours. (Though in the UK he would be breaking the speed limit!).
