    solution

    we know that 4 is selected with out replacement from 52 cards

    we can say that R item is as success, here R is Red card

    so that 52 - R items will be as failures

    and we know

    failure = 52 - 26 = 26 that is equal to 26 black card

    we know this is Hyper geometric function

    so this is not binomial function
