    Difference between average temperature and highest recorded = 49.44

    Highest - Average = 49.44 Let it be H - A = 49.44

    H - (-34.44) = 49.44

    H + 34.44 = 49.44

    H = 49.44 - 34.44 = 15

    Highest recorded = 15°C.
