Ok guys my friend is telling me that i am doing this problem wrong 4^4+1/2=256.5 and he is tell me that it is 16.5 am i right or is he right?

    256 + 1/2 = 256.5

    Simplify 256 + 1/2 to 513/2

    513/2 = 256.5

    Since both sides equal, there are infinitely many solutions.
