A bag holds 3 green jelly beans, 2 black jelly beans, and 8 yellow jelly beans. Once a jelly bean is drawn from the bag, it isn't replaced. Find the probability of randomly drawing a green jelly bean and then a black jelly bean in two consecutive draws.
