Integers=x, x+1, x+2, x+3

(x+1+x+2+x+3) - 2x=16

3x+6-2x=16

x=16-6

x=10 answer for the first integer.

10,11,12,13 are all the integers.

proof:

11+12+13-2*10=16

36-20=16

16=16
