A man sold his house for $125,000. After paying he broker his commission, the man received $116,875. What was the broker's commission percentage?

    116875 = (x / 100) * 125000

    116875 = x * 125000 / 100

    116875 = 1250x (The zeros get cancelled)

    Therefore, x = 116875/1250 = 187/2 = 93.5%
