The number of trees in a forest is decreasing due to deforestation. At the beginning of 1995, there were 10,844 trees in the forest. The following functions represents the number of trees remaining in the forest after m months.

T (m) = 10,844 * e^ (-0.15m)

Approximately how many months will it take for there to only be 4,406 trees remaining in the forest?

    e^ (-0.15m) = 4406/10844

    ln (4406/10845) = -0.15

    m=6.004
