The answer is 0.200 because when you are rounding, normally you have to see if the number next to the number you are supposed to be rounding to is 4 or under or 5 or over. If the number is 4 or under, you round down and if the number is 5 or over then you round up. So since 9 is in the thousandths place and the number next to it is 6, then you round up and make the entire decimal 0.200.
