11 tons, 1,900 lbs. (or you could say 23,900 lbs, it's the same)

    1 ton equals 2000 lbs.

    15 tons 100 lbs = 30,100 lbs

    3 tons 200 lbs = 6,200 lbs.

    30,100 - 6,200 = 23,900
