How do I write x^2+3x+2 in factored form.

    (x+2) (x+1)

    If you multiply those together then it will equal x^2+3x+2.

    (x+1) (x+2) is the answer because x times x is x^2 and 1x+2x is 3x and 1 times 2 is 2
