The price of a visit to the dentist is calculated according to the formula 50+100n where n is the number of cavities the dentist finds.

    All you have to do is plug in the number of cavities you have into the equation.

    so with 50 + 100n = answer

    it will be 50 + 100 (2) = answer

    100*2 = 200

    50 + 200 = 250

    the answer is 250
