    23min 30sec

    Step-by-step explanation:

    2blocks walk=4min

    3blocks running=2min 15sec

    5blocks travelled=6min 15sec

    15blocks=18min 45sec + 2blocks walk (4min) + 1block run (45sec) = 23min 30sec for 18blocks at rotation and times given
