    Answer:20 I think

    Step-by-step explanation:

    So you add all the miles up 2 1/2 + 2 1/3 + 1/6 = 5 miles

A volunteer is stationed every quarter (1/4)

    1 mile divided into 1/4 is 4

    So 5 times 4 is 20

    You would need 20 volunteers

    Step-by-step explanation:

If you make all of the fractions have a denominator of 6 then they would all add up to 1 which would be 2+2+1 which is 5 miles. Then you multiply 5 by 4 (for ever quarter mile) and it equals 20
