Part A + Part B + Part C = 1.

1/3 + 2/5 + C = 1.

(5 + 6) / 15 + C = 1. LCM of 3 and 5 is 15.

11/15 + C = 1.

C = 1/1 - 11/15 = (15 - 11) / 15

C = 4/15.
