This is a counting principle probability question. There are 2 mints. The probability of the first one being a mint is

    2 / 20

The probability of the second one being a mint is

    1 / 19

    The combined probability is 2/20 * 1/19 = 2 / 380 = 1/190

    The decimal equivalent is 0.00526
