    You'd have to turn it into slope-intercept form. To do this you subtract 2x from both sides then divide - 3 on both sides:

    2x - 3y = 43

    2x - 3y - 2x = 43 - 2x

    -3y = - 2x + 43

    -3y/-3 = - 2x/-3 + 43/-3

    y = 2/3x - 43/3

    __

    The y intercept would be - 43/3 and the slope is 2/3.
