    Area of a circle = pi * r^2

    d = 2r

    d/2 = r

    r = 12/2 = 6 inches the radius is 6 inches when the diameter is 12

    Area of 1 tortilla

    A = pi * 6^2

    A = 3.14159 * 36

    A = 113.097336

    2 tortillas is twice this

    2 * 113.197336

    226.1946711

    to the nearest hundredth

    226.19
