Find the domain for which the functions f (x) = 2x2 - 1 and g (x) = 1 - 3x are equal.

    f (x) = g (x)

    2x^2 - 1 = 1 - 3x

    2x^2 + 3x - 1 = 1

    2x^2 + 3x - 2 = 0

    x^2 + 3/2*x - 1 = 0

    x = - 3/4 ± √ (9/16 + 1)

    x1 = - 2

    x2 = 0.5

    L = {-2; 0.5}
