    probability = 2/3

    Step-by-step explanation:

    given data

    population with 3 observations = 6, 10 and 12

    solution

    Sample space of select 2 number without a replacement will be as

    Sample space = { (6,10), (6,12), (10,12) }

    so here in two cases is = (6,12), (10,12)

    that is mean is greater than or equal to 9 (9 and 11 respectively)

    so we can say probability is = 2/3

    probability = 2/3
