    The answer is y is 0.05.

    Explanation:

    At cos (2x) and the left and right boundaries are at 400 pm.

    At 0 pm = cos (2π * x : ∧) = 1

    So,

    A has to be 0.075.

    it looks like at 300 pm, y = 0.05.

    0.05 = 0.075 * cos (2π * 300 pm : ∧)

    = 0.05.
