Is 48x + 43 = 47x + 43 a no solution, one solution, or infinitely many solution

    The answer looks like it would be no solution because if you do 48x - 47x = 1x and 43-43=0 and 1x does not equal 0

    It is no solution, or it equals 0.

    1) Subtract the equal terms from both sides

    48x+43=47x+43

    48x=47x

    2) Move the variable to left side and change it's sign

    48x-47x=0

    3) Collect the like terms

    x=0
