If I'm not mistaken, it is: y=-4x+1.

Because the following equation is for slope: y=mx+b.

In which m is the slope and b is the y intercept

Y=-4x-1. Since the 1 has to be negative since the equation is y=mx-b. M is the slope and b is the y intercept
