we want to do 3/4 divided by number of friends

    remember that (a/b) (c/d) = (ac) / (bd)

    3/4 divided by 3=

    3/4 times 1/3=

    (3*1) / (4*3) =

    3/12=

    1/4

    each friend gets 1/4 pie

Each of her friends will receive 1/4 of the pie. There were four pieces of the pie, if there are three even pieces now and there are three friends. Each one will get 1 slice each.
