To turn a decimal into a fraction: for example 0.2 (two tenths). you would put 2/10 and then simplify to 1/5. Not all will simplify.

To turn a decimal into a mixed number: for example 2.5 (two and five tenths), you would make it 2 5/10 then you can simplify to 2 1/2.
