    The radius is 2.9cm

    Step-by-step explanation:

    This problem bothers on the mensuration of solid shapes, a cylinder

    We know that the volume of a cylinder is given as

    V = πr²h

    Given data

    Volume V = 189cm³

    Height h = 7.3cm

    Radius r=?

    To solve for the radius we need to substitute our data in the formula and solve for r

    V = πr²h

    189 = 3.14*r²*7.3

    189 = r²*22.922

    making radius subject of formula we have

    r² = 189/22.922

    r² = 8.245

    r = √8.245

    r = 2.87

    r = 2.9cm
