    23 matches

    Step-by-step explanation:

If the 5th grade team wins 2/5 matches, thats equal to 8/20, and 4th graders win 15/20, so together they win 23 matches out of 40

    Answer: 20

    Step-by-step explanation: first you do 2/5 times 4 because 4 times 5 is 20

then you do 3/5 times 4 after that once you have done 2*4=8 + 3*4=12

    then 12+8=20.
