So you add 9+2=11 then you do this 3-2 (11) then multiply 2*11=22 then do this 3-22=-19

    -15-4m-m

    Step-by-step explanation:

There is a variable so you are going to be careful.

First you do the distributive property with the parenthesis.

Since there is a negative infront of the two, you multiply everything by that negative number

    So - 2 times - 9 is 18 and - 2 times 2m is - 4m.

Now your problem should look like this.

    3-18-4m=m

    Now combine like terms

    You should come up with:

    -15-4m=m

Since you cannot add anything else you would leave it like that!
