Answer: Domain are the values which x will take in a given function.

In case of given function x can take all real numbers will ultimately convert it to the integer being greatest integer function.

    example [1.01] = 1

range is the set of values of y. Here values of y will be multiples of 3 and all will be integers. Since, all real numbers will convert to integer by [x]. we have f (x) that y = - 3[x]

y comes out to be an integer and multiple of 3.
