    If angles are consecutive then Their sum will be 180°.

    So,

    x+5 + (4x-10) = 180

    5x-5 = 180

    5 (x-1) = 180

    x-1 = 36

    x = 37

    Angles are x+5 that is 37+5 = 42°

    and 2nd one is 4x-10 that is 4x37-10 = 138°

    Smaller Angle Is 42°
