First, we have to find the ratio of quarters to the ratio of total coins:

    15/15+8+27 = 15/50

    Then, multiply the ratios:

    15/50 * 14/49

(14/49 since one quarter has already been removed)

    210/2450

    21/245 = 0.0857

The probability is about 9 percent.
