Find the area of a triangle with only the height given. No base or angles, the height is 4 inches

    It is simply not possible with just the height given. The formula for area of a triangle is 1/2bh (one half times base times height). So here 1/2 times 4 is 2, but then you need to multiply 2 by the base. If they didn't give you a base, just write 2b

    You can't find the area with just the height because the formula is length times width
