    Hello from MrBillDoesMath!

    Answer: 23

    Steps:

    Let "n" be the smallest integer in the set of 5 consecutive integer. Then

    n + (n+1) + (n+2) + (n+3) + (n+4) = 110.

    Simplifying gives

    5n + (1 + 2 + 3 + 4) = 110 or

    5n + 10 = 110. Subtracting 10 from each side gives

    5n = 110-10 = 100

    So n = 20, and the fourth number in the (n+3) or 20+3 or 23
