Use the geometric mean to find the 7th term in a geomtric sequence if the 6th term is 75 and the 8th term is 48.

    The answer is 60

    A geometric mean of x and y is: √ (x*y)

    If we take that x = 75, y = 48, then the geometric mean of 75 and 48 is:

    √ (75*48) = √3600 = 60
