    Step-by-step explanation:

    probability of choosing a boy = 12 / 28 = 3 / 7

    in % = 3 / 7 x 100 = 42,86%

    probability of choosing an a student = (4 + 10) / 28 = 14 / 28 = 1 / 2

    in % = 1 / 2 x 100 = 50%
