    Length (L) : 4w - 5

    width (w) : w

    Perimeter (P) = 2L + 2w

    140 = 2 (4w - 5) + 2 (w)

    140 = 8w - 10 + 2w

    140 = 10w - 10

    150 = 10w

    15 = w

    Length (L) : 4w - 5 = 4 (15) - 5 = 60 - 5 = 55

    Answer: width = 15meters, length=55 meters
