karla and jason are playing a game with number cubes. Each number cube is numbered 1 to 6. They roll both number cubes. If the product is a multiple of 3, Jason wins. If the product is a multiple of 4, Karla wins. Is this game fair or unfair? Justify your response.

    There are two multiples of 3 on a number cube, giving Jason two chances to win. These are 3 and 6.

    There is only one multiple of 4, giving Karla only one chance to win. This multiple is 4.

    Since Jason has one extra chance at winning, the game is unfair.
